Earn A Free Backlink Instantly

I’m not kidding. Like I have to say it again and again, I practice sincere blogging and do not lie. When I say you can gain a backlink for free, then you can.
I’m Kenneth “Definite” Lee. Some call me Mr. De.
Haha, cut that crap out. Here is the deal. On Monday, February 23, I have installed the “dofollow” plugin to my system, which in other words means that this blog is now a “dofollow” blog.
For those of you who have no idea what the heck “dofollow” and “nofollow” are, kindly read here to understand the concepts in your language.
If you are lazy to read, all I can sum up is that commenting on “dofollow” blogs like mine can help increase your site relevence on Google search engine, which can then drive traffic to your site!

Gain a backlink by leaving a non-spam, substantial message on my blog!

You don’t have to necessarily comment on this post. This site has over 700 posts and before this site became a money blog this year, I blogged from A to Z. :D
nofollow.jpgSeveral weeks ago, I wrongly mentioned that this blog was a “dofollow” blog when it wasn’t; I did not know that WordPress uses “nofollow” by default. I’m sorry for the confusion. Now that the “nofollow” tags are taken off in comments.
If you haven’t already noticed, I have installed the anchor text-friendly KeywordLuv plugin, which allows commenters to link to their site from the anchor text or keywords they want.
In case you don’t understand there must be an anchor text that links to your site, rather than your name, here is why.

The anchor text you use will determine which term your site will rank for.

For example, if you go around leaving comments on (dofollow) blogs using the keywords “Best Pepper in Sarawak” (rather than your name) consistently as the anchor text to your link, then it is very likely your site will rank pretty high on search engine results page (SERP) with those keywords.

So start commenting now on this blog.

By leaving your link here, you gain a FREE backlink. What goes around comes around. While you gain a legit backlink from here, it could simultaneously help this blog grow.
However, I must warn you not to spam on my blog, or they will be deleted. Spamming is neither good for you nor to me. So if you would like to comment, please do comment smart or I will regard them as spam.
OK, I need to be off for my proposal of dissertation now. Getting my Master Degree is very important to me — wish me luck.

Google Adsense Now Allows Font Change

Finally!
Google God is finally allowing publishers to change the default font of Adsense ads, which is very good news to webmasters!
Right now, webmasters no longer have to adjust their page layout unwillingly to match Adsense ads in an effort to increase their click through rates (CTR). Instead, they now only have to change the font of Adsense in just several clicks!

TADAA!!!

Happy or not ah? I sure happy, for Google has been soooo kind! *pukes*
To change the font of your Adsense ads, log into your account and click on the “Adsense Setup” tap. Under the “Manage Ads” menu, click on “Edit Ad Setting”. You can then find the “Fonts” setting in it. Alternatively, you could adjust the font in the ad setting preference tool.

There are currently three font types: Arial, Times, and Verdana. Too bad they don’t have other types (yet), say, Georgia, which is also the main font of this site.
The downside
Google Adsense is not perfect even after font change is allowed. Why? Now that font family can be changed, but what about font size? It would be best if Adsense could also allow users to edit the font size.
However, I doubt it is possible for the time being as I see a lot of possible ethical issues cropping up should they allow that.
p/s: Sorry guys, seems that I am late on this as this is not recent news. Oh well. Still cool nevertheless.
