While the smartphone sphere has been saturated with Android- and iOS-related news as of late, I particularly love how Nokia is keeping its head cool and just sticks to its usual “I’m not slow, just steady” kind of attitude.

Now that with the recent launch of the Nokia Lumia 900, it looks like the Nokia Lumia series just keeps getting better and better.
Although the Nokia Lumia 900 has not yet been officially released in Malaysia yet, a few days ago fellow Malaysian blogger Amanz reported that a working unit was being displayed at the Nokia Store Bukit Tinggi in Klang.
Here’s a professional shot of the new Nokia Lumia 900:

How does that look?
I usually hold a lot of opinions when it comes to smartphone user interface. But ever since the release of the earliest model, Nokia just had my mouth completely shut with the amazingly classy and simplified UI it offers.
The UI is run under Windows Phone 7.5 for the new Nokia Lumia 900.
And I swear it will definitely serve as a great birthday gift for your girlfriend!

While the Nokia Lumia 800 is being priced at RM1,499 now, technology news portal SoyaCincau expects the Nokia Lumia 900 to be priced around the RM1,800 mark.
The official price shall be available soon, so PLEASE hang on!

If you have not yet noticed, we have rolled out yet another new layout! The new layout was launched 10 June 2012, 6 months shy to our 8th year anniversary!
Let us just take you through the journey of mrdefinite.com.
MrDefinite.com started out as a personal blog in December 2004, blogging a range of topics from personal thoughts and opinions to lifestyles and to technology, among others.
Over the course of 4 years starting 2004, mrdefinite.com just kept progressing with its readers and had major changes in the layout every now and then.
Take a look at the change of layout in the image below (in a zigzag pattern):

And the following is a transition between the layout in the right bottom corner above and also the one after this. This marks a very important stage in the growth of mrdefinite.com as it was also the period where we found niche.
As mentioned, we started out blogging just about everything! But as our readership grew we would eventually have to decide what niche to focus on because we understood that not everyone was going to read every single topic we blog.
There just had to have some focus.
In the end we had decided to make money-making ideas and technological news the primary focus, which we were separating from the personal posts by placing them in the main and the right columns respectively.

In June 2009, we launched Pure Prosperity 1.0 (see image below). No major difference except the layout.

Then came Pure Prosperity 2.0 – where we included a section on “live picture”, uploaded straight from the mobile phone.

In 2011, we made a major change to mrdefinite.com’s direction (again!) and migrated all personal posts from the main site to im.mrdefinite.com.
We had Pure Prosperity 3.0:

The latest layout, launched three days ago, is by far the best layout we have ever done. We call it Pure Prosperity 4.0.

Well, that’s it for now. Hope you love the new layout and that mrdefinite.com will continue to shine with its readers! :)
